Rahul Gandhi and Mayawati sent their representatives but several top leaders attended including Chandrababu Naidu, MK Stalin, Akhilesh Yadav, Farooq Abdullah, Hardik Patel and two BJP rebels. PM Modi, while in Silvassa, made a stinging attack on the meet calling it a farce.
