LIVE: Beijing basks in lunar light as ‘Super Snow Moon’ rises

Ruptly is live from Beijing on Tuesday, February 19, where the brightest supermoon of the year can be seen in the sky.

The ‘Super Snow Moon, as it has been dubbed, is expected to be at its peak at around 15:53 GMT when it will be directly opposite the sun.

It will also be this winter’s final full moon.

Please note that visibility of the moon will depend on the weather conditions. Transmission may be cancelled in case of poor weather (rain, snow, storms).
