The government plans to grant special pardons to some four-thousand-three-hundred people on the anniversary of the March First Movement.
The Justice Ministry has completed a final list,... to be approved by the Cabinet and President Moon Jae-in next week.
It's not revealed who the candidates are,... but in the past they were generally those that committed minor crimes like traffic violations.
The list is also believed to include around one-hundred people who took part in political protests.
