1,000 feared dead after cyclone sweeps across Mozambique | 5 News

► It is feared that the number of people killed in a huge storm in Southern Africa could reach 1,000.

Cyclone Idai swept through Malawi, Zimbabwe and Mozambique, where, in one city of 500,000 people, every building is said to have been damaged.

The UK has pledged around £6,000,000 of humanitarian aid.
