Following the release of a summary of the conclusions of the Mueller report, President Trump was jubilant. "No Collusion, No Obstruction, Complete and Total EXONERATION," he tweeted Sunday. The report concluded the Trump campaign did not collude with Russia in the 2016 election, though it did not exonerate the president of obstruction of justice. For his part, Trump spent the weekend at Mar-a-Lago, awaiting the release of the Mueller report's findings.
