Digital Trends reports China’s Chang’e 4 mission, which has been exploring the far side of the moon since January, has made some exciting discoveries. After previously recording the temperature on the moon and taking images of mysterious lunar regions, the Chang’e 4’s lander, called Yutu-2, found pieces of rock that could be from beneath the moon's surface. The lander was searching for minerals when it came upon two unexpected mineral types.
