May 15 - The Dow rose to another record close, but the Nasdaq and S&P 500 turned lower as gains from a tame inflation report were short-lived.The Dow rose 37 points to close at 12,383 for the first time in history.The Nasdaq lost 21 points to 2,525. Crude oil prices jumped due to threats to Nigerian oil supplies. Conway G. Gittens reports from New York.
