World leaders welcome conclusion of nuclear talks in Vienna

Meanwhile, world leaders have welcomed the historic conclusion of nuclear talks between Iran and the P5+1.

Russian President Vladimir Putin also hailed the conclusion of the negotiations. Putin said despite attempts to justify forceful scenarios, the negotiators made a firm choice in favor of stability and cooperation which will be reflected in a UN Security Council resolution. The United Arab Emirates said the developments in Vienna could turn a new page in the region. Syrian President Bashar al-Assad called the conclusion of talks, a great victory for Iranians. He said the deal is a major turning point in the history of Iran, the region and the world. Turkish foreign minister Mevlut Chavushoghlu also said transparent implementation of the deal would be key and would benefit Turkey.
