April 12 (Bloomberg) -- Prices of goods imported into the U.S. rose in March by 2.7 percent, the fastest pace since June 2009, Labor Department figures showed today in Washington.
A separate report released today by the Commerce Department states the U.S. trade deficit narrowed in February from a seven-month high to $45.8 billion from a larger-than-previously-estimated $47 billion in January.
