Lebanon struggling with rubbish collection again

Piles of rubbish are once again clogging streets across Lebanon, six months after the long running crisis appeared to be over.
Two landfills were re-opened in March and promises were made for a new recycling facilities and a waste treatment plant.
But, as Imtiaz Tyab reports from Beirut, most of those promises have not been met and public anger is growing.
