Mexico: Our dignity will never be compromised – Nieto on relations with USA

Mexican President, Enrique Pena Nieto said his country would not "accept anything, under any circumstances, against our dignity" in upcoming bilateral relations with the United States at the 28th Meeting with Ambassadors and Consuls of Mexico in Mexico City, Wednesday.

SOT, Enrique Pena Nieto, Mexican President (Spanish): "We'll enourage an open and complete negotiation. All topics that define our bilateral relations are on the table, including security, migration and trade. We will never accept anything, under any circumstances, against our dignity as a country and as Mexicans."
¤SOT, Enrique Pena Nieto, Mexican President (Spanish):"Basic principles like our sovereignty, the national interest and the protection of our fellow nationals are not negotiable. It is evident that we have some differences with the next US government, like on the issue of a wall that of course, Mexico won't pay."

SOT, Enrique Pena Nieto, Mexican President (Spanish): "The USA must make a commitment to work in a co-responsible manner in stopping the illegal arms trafficking from the US to Mexico, as well as in restraining money derived from illicit sources, that our country's crime organizations receive."
