Unmarried woman wins pension battle

Millions of couples who live together, but who are not married, could benefit from a supreme court ruling on pensions. At the moment, a husband or wife automatically gets their spouses's pension - but under some schemes co-habiting couples do not.

Denise Brewster went to court to fight that - and won. The ruling could have an impact on the pension rights of anyone living with a nurse, a firefighter or a teacher.
