A Texas man is charged with killing his girlfriend a month after her remains were found in a shallow grave. The Alpine Police Department says Robert Fabian was indicted for the murder of 22-year-old Zuzu Verk who he was dating when she went missing back in October. Investigators say neighbors heard the couple arguing before she was reported missing for not showing up at work or to take her exams.
