AU warns South Sudan is not stable enough for 2018 elections

The African Union has commented on a plan by South Sudan to hold elections next year. The AU Peace and Security Council says the country isn't stable enough to ensure free, fair, and credible elections. But Juba insists the elections are in accordance with the country's peace deal signed in 2015. CGTN's Coletta Wanjohi has more from the AU headquarters in Addis Ababa.
