reveals that Day Light Savings Time may cause more problems than it solves, prompting several proposals to abolish DST al-together while creating fewer time zones or moving to one universal time. For now on On Sunday, November 5, at the stroke of 2:00 a.m., most clocks in North America and Europe will roll backward one hour to end daylight-saving time (DST) until next year.
