The inter-Korean hotline was busy on Sunday as the two Koreas clear out the details of working-level talks scheduled for Monday.
They're expected to be focused on North Korea's sending of music and art performers to South Korea... for the 2018 PyeongChang Winter Olympics.
Oh Jung-hee reports.
On Sunday, the two Koreas finalized their delegates and the schedule for Monday's working-level talks... through the inter-Korean hotline at the truce village of Panmunjom.
Unlike last week's high-level talks held on the South Korean side of Panmunjom,... this time, the talks are to take place at the Tongil-gak building on the northern side.
The talks will be held at 10 a.m. South Korea time,... or 9:30 a.m. North Korea time.

The agenda of this four-on-four meeting is limited to North Korea's sending of performance artists to the 2018 PyeongChang Winter Olympics.
Representing Pyongyang will be one official from the regime's culture ministry, one from a performing arts group... and two from the orchestra.
It was originally three from the orchestra,... but on Sunday, one of them was replaced with someone else from a different group for an unknown reason.
Seoul is sending one official each from the culture and unification ministries... and two from the Korean Symphony Orchestra.

The South and the North are to discuss how many North Korean performers will be coming to South Korea, via which route,... and when and where they'll perform.
The question of whether South and North Koreans will give a joint performance is getting a lot of interest... as a subject touched upon briefly at the high-level talks last week.
There's also the possibility that North Korea's all-women musical group, the Moranbong Band, will make the trip to the South... since the band's leader Hyon Song Wol is included in the delegation.

Seoul initially proposed holding comprehensive working-level talks on North Korea's participation in the Olympics... but Pyongyang responded it would first like to discuss only details of the performances.
The specifics of who else will be sent from Pyongyang -- like athletes, cheerleaders, high-level delegates, and so on -- are expected to be discussed later on.
