Cambridge Analytica Ordered To Hand Over Data On US Professor

Britain's Information Commissioner's Office has demanded that Cambridge Analytica agent SCL Elections Limited hand over all the data it has on file of American professor David Carroll. Carroll requested his data back last September, before the most recent Facebook controversy, but reportedly wasn't happy with what he received. According to The Guardian, if Carroll gets his way, up to 240 million other people in the United States users could also demand to see the personal information Cambridge Analytica has been storing through the UK's legal process. The data mining company now has 30 days to respond to the request, otherwise it could face legal repercussions.
