Icebergs to be corralled from Antarctica to fight water scarcity

A radical new idea has been proposed to tackle Cape Town's drought. The plan is to corral 100 million ton iceberg's from Antarctica,which will then be guided down to the Southern Tip of Africa. Now while this may sound like something out of the science fiction movie, the plan seems to be based on extensive research by a international science team. CGTN's Travers Andrews has this report.
