Hurricane Florence has made landfall near Wrightsville Beach, North Carolina, with winds of nearly 90mph. Although downgraded to a category 1 storm, the National Hurricane Center has warned of 'catastrophic' freshwater flooding. A Fema spokesperson has said 'this is only the beginning' of the storm's effects
