Gunman Opens Fire In Thousand Oaks, California Bar-12 Dead

12 people are dead after a shooting late Wednesday night in Thousand Oaks, California.
According to Refinery 29— 11 bar patrons and a sheriff’s deputy were killed by a gunman described as a white male by police.
The alleged shooter, who is now dead, opened fire at the Borderline Bar and Grill. The bar was hosting an event for college students and at least 100 people were there at the time of the shooting.
Sgt. Ron Helus is the sheriff's deputy who served for 29 years. The husband and father was nearing retirement, but killed on the scene.
Details about the additional victims is still unknown.
