Our boy Goku has gone through some epic changes throughout the decades. From a tiny monkey Saiyan boy to a Saiyan God, his transformations keep on bringing diverse and original new designs. But there’s one thing I’ve noticed. During the Dragon Ball Z era it seems that every transformation brought more muscles, more hair, and a lot more of everything. While during the Dragon Ball Super era, he seems to get closer and closer to his base form, while becoming more OP.

We’ve seen him in the leaner reddish pink Super Saiyan God form, the cool blue Super Saiyan Blue form, and more recently he reached the Complete Ultra Instinct form while fighting the powerful Jiren, during the Tournament of Power.

What other forms are awaiting for Goku? The upcoming events of Dragon Ball GT (during Age 789),while not being canon anymore, can give us some hints about where the next transformation is heading. In the short 1990s anime, Goku reaches the Super Saiyan 4 form, which grants him immense powers drawn from the Golden Great Ape form and the Super Saiyan forms. Since Dragon Ball Super was created way after Dragon Ball GT but happens before it, we might just get a whole bunch of new forms surpassing Super Saiyan 4 coming our way.

In this video, I will discuss how Goku’s final form will not only be his base form, but also his original child form, with monkey tail and all. But a final form that will be very shiny, and very epic.
