Expectant women do not have time to wait for the war to end. They move to safer places in Ukraine, such as Lviv, in search of a full-fledged shelter, because they need a guarantee for the future.

That is why Ukrainian Red Cross together with the Lviv City Council built a modern Mother and Child Center "Unbreakable mothers". In three months, a modern center with all the most necessary living conditions and equipment for mothers and their children was built on the site of the field, landscaping was arranged around it — walkways, viewing area and children's playground.

In the near future, 104 pregnant women who have the status of internally displaced persons will be able to find shelter here.

The Mother and Child Center "Unbreakable Mothers" is the first project of cooperation between Ukrainian Red Cross and Lviv City Council. Currently, Ukrainian Red Cross is involved in the development of services at the Unbreakable rehabilitation center in Lviv.
