A cat was found under debris of collapsed block house in Magnitogorsk on Thursday. It seemed to be unharmed though its fur was covered in blood.

"At the moment I do not have any clue [to whom it belongs] because you know that many people are dead. It is unknown whether owners are alive or not," volunteer Tatyana Schastlivtseva says.

Volunteers noted that there were no difference between people and animals in case of rescuing and lives of both species were worth of helping.

"The cat on the contrary to a parrots friendly, it behaves itself decently." First Deputy Minister of EMERCOM, Colonel-General Chupriyan Alexander pointed out.
