The Consumer Technology Association, which holds the annual Consumer Electronics Show, has announced a $10 million investment for underrepresented people in tech, such as women and minorities. The announcement comes after criticism that CES and the tech industry in general lack diversity. CNET News editor-in-chief Connie Guglielmo joined CBSN to discuss.
