Sen. Kamala Harris begins presidential run with call to reject hate

Sen. Kamala Harris of California announced Monday on ABC's "Good Morning America" that she is running to unseat President Donald Trump in the 2020 election. In a speech to Howard University, she called for a rejection of hate.

"There are so many powerful voices who are trying to sow hate and division among us," she said. "We have got to reject that."
