Latin America expert Prof. Miguel Tinker Salas joins Rick Sanchez to discuss the factors that stifled Venezuela’s development prior to the advent of Chavismo and which served as the germ of opposition in full force there today. He argues that addressing Venezuela’s dependence on oil is the key to fixing the country, but neither Maduro nor his opposition dare confront the problem.
