According to Newser, A Washington state teenager reported to authorities by his grandmotherafter she saw plans for a school massacre has been sentenced to 22 years in prison.
Everett resident Joshua O'Connor, 19, pleaded guilty in December to charges including attempted first-degree murder and possession of an explosive device.
His grandmother called 911 in February last year after she discovered journal entries in which O'Connor wrote of "needing" to kill as many people at Aces High School as possible to become "infamous."
