Rouhani: Tehran will continue scaling back compliance if no positive signals shown

Iranian President Hassan Rouhani says his country will continue pulling back from its commitments under the 2015 nuclear deal unless other signatories show positive signals. Iran officially halted some commitments under the deal last month, about one year after the U.S. unilaterally withdrew from the accord and reimposed sanctions. Rouhani's words came amid rising tensions with Washington, which accused Tehran of attacking two oil tankers in the Gulf of Oman on Thursday.
