Some lawmakers are raising new concerns after they say they witnessed deplorable conditions at border patrol facilities in El Paso and Clint, Texas on Monday. The renewed outrage comes as Customs and Border Protection launches an investigation into a secret Facebook group including thousands of current and former agents.
