Today Parliament will debate BBC's decision to scrap free TV licences for over 75's. The broadcaster announced that there are plans to carry out means-tests for those who might be entitled to continue receiving the free licence. David Grant, Madeline Grant, Diana Moran and Same Renke debate whether or not it is fair for the BBC to scrap the licence and if wealthy pensioners should pay up. 88-year-old June speaks from the phone as she admits that she would be prepared to go to prison for not paying the fee.
