► A 65-year-old man has traveled to Switzerland today to end his life.

Richard Selley is terminally ill with motor neurone disease, and will be assisted in his death at The Dignitas Clinic near Zurich.

He has made one final plea - for politicians to change the law, so people with terminal illnesses can die at home with their loved ones.
