Strikes in the U.S. as unions demand more than pay raises

As the U.S. economy continues to expand, a government report out last week showed median household income hit the highest level since 1999. At the same time, tens of thousands of workers across the country are on strike. New York Times labor and workplace reporter Noam Scheiber joined CBSN to discuss why so many workers across the U.S. are picketing.
