Greg Abbott to stay the execution of Rodney Reed, who has been on death row since 1998 after being convicted of raping and murdering 19-year-old Stacey Stites in 1996. Reed maintains his innocence, saying the two had a consensual relationship. New evidence suggests Reed may have been wrongfully convicted.
