A class action lawsuit claims that Donald J. Trump for President Inc., Trump’s reelection campaign, violated the Telephone Consumer Protection Act by contacting individuals via text message without their consent. The Trump campaign text message class action lawsuit was filed by Dan Pederson, Connor Olson, and Shell Wheeler who say they each received text messages from the Trump for President campaign. Ring of Fire’s Farron Cousins discusses this with Scott Hardy, the President of Top Class Actions.
