WATCH: Former Secretary of State Tillerson calls Trump's Ukraine request on call 'wrong'

In an interview with PBS NewsHour anchor and managing editor Judy Woodruff, former Secretary of State Rex Tillerson was critical of President Donald Trump's attempt to use his office to hold aid to Ukraine in order for the country to investigate his 2020 political rival, Joe Biden. "Clearly, asking for personal favors and using United States assets as collateral is wrong," Tillerson said in response to a question about the July phone call between Trump and the Ukrainian president in which the U.S. president asked for an investigation into Biden and his son, Hunter. The call is now at the center of the House impeachment investigation into Trump.
