Kurt Volker, the former special envoy to Ukraine, said he would have "objected" to Ukraine opening an investigation into former Vice President Joe Biden. He added that he considers the allegations about Biden to be "not credible," and said he did not realize Mr. Trump saw the request to investigate Burisma as the same as investigating Biden until the July 25 call.
