Nothing can stop Nirmal "Nims" Purja from making it to the summit of the world's highest mountains: not a dizzying lack of oxygen, not blinding blizzards and not terrifying drops. Purja, a Nepalese mountain climber and former British soldier, set out to climb the world's 14 tallest mountains as part of Bremont Project Possible. It's a feat that took the last world-record holder more than seven years, but Purja did it in just 189 days. Along the way, Purja set another six world records.
