Cops used a high-tech tracking network to corner the suspect accused of stabbing five people at a Hanukkah celebration in Monsey, New York. 37 year-old Grafton Thomas was seen on surveillance video, entering the home of a rabbi, armed with a machete. A witness got the suspect’s license plate number, and that number was picked up by a license plate reader as the suspect drove over NYC’s George Washington Bridge.
