Nagpur lockdown: Citizens line up for ‘emergency’ permission from cops

The curfew lockdown across Maharashtra due to COVID-19 has brought about an unusual circumstance in Nagpur, where citizens are required to show written permission from the police to get out of their homes. Small groups of people were seen seeking permission from Nagpur police for several reasons. So far, four people have tested positive for COVID-19 in the city.
