Dominic Raab says there is an 'incredibly strong team spirit' behind Boris Johnson, who has been moved to the intensive care unit (ICU) of St Thomas’ hospital in London. Raab, who is currently deputising for the prime minister, has also pledged that the government would continue its work and bring the whole country through the pandemic
