President Donald Trump told reporters on Friday, July 10, that he'll "be looking at" a pardon for Roger Stone, a longtime friend of the president who was convicted in November for lying to Congress, tampering with a witness and obstructing the House investigation on Russian meddling in the 2016 election. In February, Stone was sentenced to more than three years in federal prison. "I think Roger Stone was very unfairly treated, as were many people," Trump said. Before leaving on a trip to Miami, the president also attacked the economic plan of 2020 Democratic presidential candidate Joe Biden, saying both that Biden had copied "what I've done," while saying the plan is "very radical left."
