Health Secretary Matt Hancock says there'll be stricter measures to counter the coronavirus unless people follow the rule of six and self-isolate when told.

The government announced on Saturday people would be fined up to £10,000 if they failed to follow self-isolation guidelines.

PM Boris Johnson says the UK is at the beginning of a second wave of COVID-19.
