Massachusetts lawmakers unveiled a long-awaited compromise bill on police reform Monday, following months of closed-door negotiations that started this summer after the state House and Senate passed somewhat different versions following the George Floyd protests. (Both chambers passed the compromise bill by Tuesday evening.)
