Learn how dance can help patients with Parkinson’s Disease

One million people have Parkinson’s Disease in the United States. Arizona has one of the top programs in the world to study the disease. The Muhammad Ali Parkinson’s Center has joined forces with Ballet Arizona to provide a groundbreaking dance program. Dance can help those with Parkinson’s deal with the effects of the disease, including imbalance. We go to a class to see what it’s about and also speaks with the instructor and two students who say the class has helped them cope with the disease physically and mentally.
