The remains of a 100-foot Chinese rocket are hurtling back towards Earth, and experts don’t know where the pieces will land. The rocket could be seen in the early morning sky over Washington, D.C. U.S. Secretary of Defense Lloyd Austin told reporters, “At this point, we do not have a plan to shoot the rocket down. We are hopeful that it will land in a place where it won't harm anyone.” CBS News Space Analyst Bill Harwood said the rocket has a 75% chance of landing in water.
