► A nine year old boy asked the Prime Minister for help in getting his younger brother a prescription for medical Cannabis to treat his severe epilepsy. It has been legal in England for more than two and half years, but there are still only a tiny number of NHS prescriptions, meaning many families have to turn to expensive private options.
