'No hostility', Putin says US - Russia talks with Biden were constructive

VLADIMIR Putin has described his talks with US President Joe Biden as ‘constructive’ and that there was no hostility at the meeting.

The Russian leader said that most cyber attacks in the world come from the United States, and that Russia has provided exhaustive information to the US on attacks.
