Texas Gov. Greg Abbott officially signed Constitutional Carry and Second Amendment Sanctuary legislation into law on Thursday, even as the Biden administration is taking aim at a new law in Missouri that, like the 2A Sanctuary legislation approved in Texas, prohibits state and local police from enforcing any new federal gun control laws.
