A bear cub was saved from a wildfire, but now faces a long road to recovery. A couple in California went to check on their house, which was threatened by the Tamarack Fire, just south of Lake Tahoe. When they arrived they saw the bear cub walking around on its elbows and called for help. Rescuers were able to subdue him and bring him to Lake Tahoe Wildlife Care for treatment.
