Starting this week in New York City, if you can’t show restaurants proof that you’ve been vaccinated against COVID-19, you can’t eat indoors. It’s the most aggressive step the city has taken yet to curb a surge in cases from the delta variant. But is the new rule being enforced? Inside Edition visited 15 restaurants in Manhattan to find out. While some followed the rules by the book, others seemed lax about them.
